Terms of Service

AntarLens is a personal cognition application that helps you track your daily state, detect behavioral patterns, and understand yourself better through AI-generated insights. We operate at antarlens.com.

AntarLens is not a medical device, mental health service, or clinical tool. The insights and patterns it generates are for self-knowledge and personal productivity — not diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment of any condition.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AntarLens. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use AntarLens for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the service
• Use automated tools to generate artificial usage data
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the service
• Misuse the AI coach to generate harmful content

You own your data. The check-in data, memories, and patterns you generate in AntarLens belong to you. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and delete your account and all data permanently at any time.

By using AntarLens, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service — generating your insights, powering the AI coach, and storing your history. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any other purpose.

AntarLens offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Free tier features are available without payment. Pro features require an active paid subscription.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@antarlens.com within 7 days.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

AntarLens uses AI (OpenAI's API) to generate insights, patterns, your Morning Brief, Cognitive Fingerprint, and coach responses. This content is generated algorithmically based on your data and should be treated as a tool for self-reflection, not as professional advice.

AI-generated insights can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable to your specific situation. Do not make significant personal, professional, or health decisions based solely on AI-generated content from AntarLens.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your country.

We aim to keep AntarLens available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

The AntarLens name, logo, design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your data and the content you create remain yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over your check-ins, notes, or conversations.

AntarLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AntarLens shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes all your data permanently within 24 hours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
