Privacy Policy

AntarLens is built on the premise that your inner data — your mood, focus, energy, stress, and patterns — belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Who we are
AntarLens is a personal cognition application operated at antarlens.com. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@antarlens.com.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We store these to identify your account.
Daily check-in data. Mood, energy, focus, stress scores (1–10), sleep hours, daily intentions, and optional notes you enter. This is the core data that powers your insights.
Conversation data. Messages you send to the AI coach and the responses generated. These are stored to maintain conversation history and extract behavioral patterns with your awareness.
Memory and patterns. Behavioral patterns extracted from your data and conversations — stored as memories that power your Cognitive Fingerprint and insights.
Apple Health data (optional). If you choose to import Apple Health data, we process sleep, steps, and heart rate data from your export file. This is processed locally and only the derived check-in data is stored.
Usage data. Basic analytics: pages visited, features used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
What we never do
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
We will never use your check-in data, conversations, or patterns to train AI models for any purpose other than serving you within AntarLens.
We will never share your individual data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
We will never use your data to build profiles for targeting by other companies.
How we use your data
To generate your insights. Your check-in data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate pattern insights, your Morning Brief, Weekly Lens, and Cognitive Fingerprint. OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policy, which does not use API data for model training.
To power the AI coach. Your conversation messages and behavioral context are sent to OpenAI to generate coach responses.
To send you emails. If you enable email notifications, we use Resend to deliver your Morning Brief and onboarding sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To process payments. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe handles payment processing. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database with row-level security — meaning your data is only accessible by your account. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We implement row-level security policies so no other user can access your data, and our own team accesses the database only for debugging purposes when you report an issue.
Third-party services
AntarLens uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- OpenAI — AI-generated insights and coach responses
- Stripe — payment processing (Pro subscribers only)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Your rights
You have the right to access all data we hold about you — use the Export function in Settings to download everything.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data — use the Delete Account option in Settings. Deletion is permanent and processed within 24 hours.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data — edit or delete any memory in your Profile at any time.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us at privacy@antarlens.com to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication — a session token that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Children
AntarLens is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at privacy@antarlens.com and we will delete the account immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AntarLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
