AntarLens Clinician

Net per month

$981

10.9× what you pay

That's $11,772 a year, net of the subscription, from work you are very likely already doing — reading how a client has been between sessions and adjusting the plan.

How this is calculated. CPT 98980 at the $54 national average, billed once per client per calendar month. It assumes no additional 98981time and no set-up or supply codes, so the real figure is likely higher. It also assumes every enrolled client meets the requirements: an established episode of care, medical necessity, consent, and at least one interactive contact that month. Coverage varies by payer and jurisdiction. Check with your billing provider before relying on these numbers; we can't make that determination for your practice.

Three moments, one subscription.

Before the session

A prep note, not a scroll.

One screen per client: where they are now, the pattern worth raising, an opening question grounded in their week, and one behavioural signal to watch. Generated from their data, ready before you walk in.

Between sessions

You see the gap, not just the hour.

Daily check-ins on mood, energy, focus, stress and sleep. Clients who go quiet are flagged by days elapsed, so a three-week drift doesn't surface as a surprise in the room.

End of month

A record you can file.

Adherence, averages, direction of travel, verified patterns with sample sizes, the full daily log, and a signed attestation block. Printable, plain, and honest about its own limits.

The questions worth asking.

What exactly do I get for the subscription?

A dashboard showing every client's check-in activity, mood, energy, focus, stress and sleep trends, with clients who have gone quiet flagged. An AI session-prep note per client before you meet, current state, the pattern worth raising, one opening question, one thing to watch. And a printable monthly monitoring record per client: adherence, averages, direction of travel, verified patterns, the full daily log, and an attestation block for your review time and contact date. Unlimited clients at $99/month.

Can I really bill for this?

Remote Therapeutic Monitoring codes 98980 and 98981 cover treatment management time based on monitoring data, and 98978 covers CBT monitoring supply. Our monthly record is built to document what was monitored and to capture your review time and interactive contact. Whether the codes apply to a given client is a determination for you and your payers. It depends on the episode of care, medical necessity, consent, and coverage, none of which we can verify. Confirm with your billing provider before you rely on it. We would rather you check and stay than assume and leave.

What does it cost my clients?

Nothing, ever. The whole individual product is free: check-ins, pattern detection, Self-Map, session reports, the coach, reminders, all of it. Clients aren't upsold and there's no card involved. That's deliberate: your clients are the reason the data exists, and putting a paywall between them and their own record would be self-defeating.

How does a client join?

You get a private invite link. The client opens it while logged in and accepts. Nothing is shared until they do, they can see exactly what you see, and they can end the connection at any time from their own settings.

Is this a diagnostic instrument?

No. It's self-reported daily data plus statistical comparisons within a client's own record, with sample sizes shown. It's the same evidentiary footing as a paper symptom diary, useful context for your clinical judgement, never a substitute for it. Nothing here is scored against a diagnostic threshold and no standardised instrument is administered.

What if my client stops checking in?

You'll see it on the dashboard: clients are flagged by days since their last check-in, and the monthly record reports both total days with data and the longest consecutive gap. A thin month looks thin on the page, which is what you want in something you may put in a chart.

For the mechanics — what each code covers, what the record has to show, and how the monthly arithmetic works — read the RTM billing guide.
